Where are you from, Totnes? 

Where are you from, Totnes? was a participatory art project engaging residents of Totnes, England in shared dialogues about where they come from and where they hope to go in their lives. The project, initiated by Sarah Hart and devised with my support, involved collecting recorded conversations, mapping life roots and archiving stories about what home meant to them. I gathered stories through interactive activities which was used to devise a performance and interactive outdoor installation. The project was supported by the Arts Council, England and Transition Town, Totnes.
